TITLE:  Warm Weather Entertaining

DAY AND TIME:  Tuesday,  April 8 and Wednesday, April 9

3:00 – 5:00 PM Two Two-hour sessions


FORMAT:  Hands on


This course is limited to 6 participants


Day one we will precook and marinate our entrees.  Day two we will finish preparation.  Items to be prepared will include Tandoori-style Chicken and Grilled Pork Escabeche.


The will be a $5 material fee for this course.


Marcia Yeager has a B.S. from Cornell University and a M.Ed. from Rutgers University.  She worked for many years as a registered dietitian, supervising food production.  She taught Home Economics 6 – 12 and Gourmet Cooking in the county adult education program.  She has also taught two previous cooking courses for WC-ALL.
